Full Body Circuit > Area A

The full body circuit offers everyone, regardless of fitness level, the ability to experience a full body workout by moving in concert from machine to machine on the circuit. If you have never experienced circuit training before, you may want to work with one of our personal trainers. We can easily create a customized workout routine to focus on specific areas you want to improve, or to improve overall fitness.

Full Body Circuit workouts are also an ideal way to maximize the strength training workout as well as cardio stamina. By working constantly in a rhythmic fashion, you will experience the collaborative physical fitness routine of heart conditioning and muscle development.

Vertical Leg Sled

  • Excellent machine for isolating and strengthening quadriceps muscles (those just above the knee)
