Full Body Circuit > Area B

Just across the hall, continue your Full Body Circuit workout with Area B's machine group. This is an excellent way to work out the entire body in minutes, while keeping your heart rate up. Burn calories and build strength - all at the same time conveniently at Tangible Fitness.

Seated Row Machine

  • This machine offers the benefit of the rowing motion without the strain on your lower back.
  • Slightly declined position
  • Easy seat and torso support adjustment
  • Multi-position hand grips
Camber Bicep curl
  • Strengthen and tone biceps with the pivoting handle for a fluid motion. Low starting weight will accommodate most users.
Seated Tricep extension
  • A pivoting handle creates smooth motion. Palms parallel front-grip position places less stress on the shoulder. Hip restraint stabilizes the lower body.
Back extension
  • A simple back-pad adjustment and a multiple position footplate ensure comfort and accommodation of most users.
  • Strengthen your back muscles in a targeted, controlled movement.
Abdominal isolator
  • This machine is designed to simulate a floor crunch. The starting body position is upright.
  • No more floor crunches, now you can sit and tone your abdominals comfortably
Pull Down
  • Pulley is located so that the movement may be performed in front of or behind the head comfortably. This enables you to change up your movements to strengthen differing parts of your upper body.
Shoulder Press
  • Slightly inclined position reduces back stress and lightens the starting weight. Weight stack is conveniently placed at the user's side. This allows you to workout and work up to different weight levels without having to resituate midway.
Rear Delt/Pec Fly
  • This machine has unique floating pivot and a starting position range-of-motion (ROM) device.
  • Use this machine's multiple position hand grips to perform both chest and back exercises.
Vertical Press
  • Convenient footplate sets the start position using the strength of the legs. Multiple-position hand grips and low starting weights fit a wide variety of fitness levels.
Incline Press
  • Meets special training needs of advanced lifters and bodybuilders. This machine simulates heavy free-weight Olympic incline or dumbbell presses. Multiple start positions and seat adjustment accommodates various users.
